The goods are sent to the address indicated in the order form or provided by telephone or via e-mail. The shop will immediately inform the Client about an inappropriately filled in Order Form as it makes it impossible to dispatch goods or can cause a delay in the dispatch.
The goods are sent by means of a specialist courier company. There is a possibility of a personal collection of goods in the Seller's headquarters.
The goods are delivered in accordance with the date provided in the process of placing an order. It is the indicative duration of the delivery and it concerns orders with a COD shipment option. In case of choosing the following options: money transfer, payment by card or on-line money transfer (e-payment), it is necessary to add the time needed for crediting the shop's bank account.
In accordance with the Act on Consumer Rights as of 30th May 2014 (Journal of Laws as of 2014 item 827 with further amendments). The Consumer who has signed a remote contract can withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The return shipment should include: 1. The purchased goods, which you would like to return, have to be in an unchanged condition. 2. A filled in Withdrawal from the Agreement Form. (A filled in Withdrawal from the Agreement Form.). 3. A proof of purchase.
The Return Form is to be downloaded, printed and filled in. If you do not have a possibility of printing the Form out, its content can be handwritten on a piece of paper but the required information has to be filled in.
